Isabela School of Arts and Trades is a government technical-vocational institution offering Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) -administered courses to the different communities in the region.
With its Main Campus located at Calamagui II, Ilagan, Isabela and its Annex Campus situated at San Felipe, Ilagan, Isabela, ISAT is training its annual student population of 3,000 with 32 different course offerings in 9 different sectors.
