Thaddeus G. Carreon's Success Story

“The job that I really wanted to do is what I consider as my greatest achievement,” says Thad whose full name is Thaddeus Gabriel Carreon. Born 28 years ago in San Mariano, Isabela of government employees’ parents, he finished his college education at the Centro Escolar University where he majored in Broadcasting and Advertising.

He never dreamt of becoming a broadcaster nor indulge in advertising. He is very much interested in sewing dresses for all occasions, thus, to enhance his knowledge and skills in this field of specialization, he enrolled at the Isabela School of Arts and Trades (ISAT) in 2006 where he took up Dressmaking. The National Certificate Level II (NC II) he received is a proof that he is already competent and this qualified him to work abroad.

He had already been working as a sewer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) when another opportunity knocked at his door. This time, a royal family in Bahrain was looking for a fashion manager for their scheduled shows. He did not land as the manager; instead, he was hired as a fashion designer and at the same time a sewer. Surprisingly, the one who interviewed him is already his employer, Princess Noor Al Khalipa of Noon by Noor formerly Bahrain’s Passion for Fashion. According to him, the Princess is always impressed on his work because he sees to it that there is novelty in his designs.

This humble guy said further that the ingredients to success are the following:  “Believe in yourself,” “Share and enhance your talent,” “Be kind, for it pays to be good.” Moreover, he likes people who are down to earth and dislikes those great pretenders.

This Capricornian never stops dreaming. He wants to become the next Versace of the World of Fashion and Designing.
